Are your parts (wheels, batteries, motors, joystick, etc.) compatible with non EasyGo brand power chairs?

EasyGo Power Chair’s patented design is specific to our brand therefore our parts are not compatible with other power chairs.

Does Medicare cover EasyGo Power Chairs?

Medicare does not cover portable foldable power chairs sold by EasyGo Mobility as well as most of the competitor power chair companies in the U.S. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Will my insurance cover an EasyGo Power Chair?

EasyGo Mobility is considered an Out of Network Provider therefore this depends on whether your insurance will work with an Out of Network Provider. Some insurance companies will work with Out of Network Providers but may not cover the full cost of the power chair. Please talk to your insurance provider about this request.

Is there any assembly required when I first receive my EasyGo chair?

Your EasyGo Power Chair comes fully assembled. Just charge the battery and you will be ready to go! 

What happens if I get a flat tire?

The EasyGo Power Chair uses solid flat free tires so you will never have to worry about getting a flat! If your wheels start to wear down from usage, just give us a call and we can talk about replacement wheels.

If my EasyGo is in need of repairs or is in need of a replacement part, will I need to send it back?

Depending on what needs to be repaired or replaced, we do offer replacement parts that can be purchased* and shipped to you therefore you may not need to ship your chair back to us.

*Parts may need to be purchased if your warranty has expired or repair/replacement is not covered under the scope of the warranty

What is the max speed of the EasyGo Power Chair?

The EasyGo Power Chair can travel at a maximum speed of 3.7 mph. This speed is adjustable right from the joystick panel so you can lower the speed to your preference anytime you’d like.

Can I drive my EasyGo Power Chair outdoors?

Yes! The EasyGo Power Chair drives both indoors and outdoors.

How much clearance space is there between the footrest and the ground?

You will have approximately 4.5” between the footrest and the ground.

How do I stop the chair while driving?

The EasyGo Power Chair uses an Intelligent Electromagnetic Brake system which stops the chair when you let go of the joystick.
